Cancellation Policy
If you would like to change or cancel your appointment we require 24 hours notice.
We understand that life can throw curve balls, so if you are unable to attend your appointment at short notice, a quick phone call is required and we can work with you to reschedule at a later date.
NO SHOW is when you fail to do either of the above and just do not show up, you may still be charged for the appointment.
We do send out reminders 2 days before your appointment and call if we have not had a confirmation.
